Cu acest prilej se instituie o diploma anuala pentru cei care vor reusi sa lucreze cu 3 zone RAMSARdin Romania si 3  din alte locatii de pe glob sau numai 5 zone RAMSAR din YO pe perioada unui an calendaristic(  01.01.201x-31.12.201x)
Cererile se trimit la YO3JW ( fenyo3jw(at) yahoo.com) si este gratuita in format electronic .pdf.
Diploma tiparita costa 5 lei.pentru statiile YO. Alte statii vor plati 5 Euro
Termen final de trimitere a cererilor 15 ianuarie anul urmator (2014)

On this occasion set up a yearly diploma for those who will be able to work with three areas RAMSAR from Romania and three other locations around the world or else only five RAMSAR YO during every year (  01.01.201x - 31.12.201x)

Printed diploma costs for non Romanian stations will be 5 Euro
