1.1.Name
The name of the organisation is World Wide Flora and Fauna in amateur radio,referred to herein as‘WWFF’.
1.2.Purpose
World Wide Flora & Fauna in amateur radio is an international amateur radio program, the purpose of which is to ‘draw attention to the importance of protecting nature, flora and fauna, and to encourage the development of radio skills, especially in portable operations’. The WWFF program encourages amateur radio operators to operate portable from designated parks and/or protected nature areas around the world, and in turn generate attention for these areas, whilst providing the amateur radio community an interesting and rewarding activity.
1.3.Organisation structure
WWFF is an international and non- commercial program run by the WWFF team in co-operation with the co-ordinators of a large number of National Flora and Fauna programs.
1) WWFF team powers and duties
a) The affairs of the WWFF program shall be managed and controlled by the WWFF team.
b) The WWFF team has the management and control of the funds and other properties of  WWFF.
 2) WWFF team appointment
a)      a) The WWFF team shall be comprised of two elected members (elections every two years) and six ex-officio members.
b) The elected members are a Chairperson and vice-Chairperson.
       c) The ex-officio members perform and / or organize the work for the global WWFF program, including: directory management, LogSearch administration & development, global awards, global website & online services (e.g.agenda and map), global rules, and treasury.
  d) The elected members and ex-officio members have full voting rights.
  e) Positions for elected members will be declared vacant every two years in January through the WWFF
website.
   f) Country Coordinators will be invited to a voting when important changes are made. The WWFF teamwill decide when this voting is necessary. This voting will be limited in time, the end result of the vote is the final decisionto be made. NOT voting means you agree with the final result. EveryCountry Coordinator has one vote.
  g) During the year surveys can be held to solicit opinions and ideas from the Country Coordinators.
3) Proceedings of the WWFF team
a) New ideas, proposals or disputes will be discussed in the WWFF team online forum.
Email to alll members will only be used for urgent cases.
         b) Discussions will be limited in time. When necessary the Chairperson will use aDoodle vote toreach a decision. The end result of the vote is the final decision to be made.NOT voting means you agree with the final result. Every WWFF team member has one vote.

WWFF LogSearch Manager, WWFF Logsearch Administrator, the WWFF Webmaster and Public
Relations Manager, The WWFFagenda Manager, the WWFF Mapsmanager and the WWFFwatch
author.
(e) The elected members and ex-officio members have full voting rights.
(f) Positions for elected members will be declared vacant two-yearly in January through the WWFF
website.
(g) Country Coordinators will be invited to a VOTING when important changes are made. The
WWFF-Team is deciding when this voting will be necessary. This voting will be limited in time, the
end result of the vote is the final decision to be made. NOT voting means you agree with the final
result. Every Country Coordinator has one vote.
(h) During the year some surveys can be held to hear the opinion of the Country Coordinators
4 Proceedings of the WWFF-team
-New ideas, proposals or disputes will be discussed in the WWFF-Team FORUM at the WWFF
web. Only for urgent cases discussions will be via email to ALL members of the Team
-Discussions will be kept “short term”. Chairperson starts up an evantually Doodle vote after a
discussion, to make a defenite decision. The end result of the vote is the final decision to be made.
NOT voting means you agree with the final result. Every WWFF-Team member has one vote.

an international amateur radio program, the purpose of which is to ‘draw attention to the importance of  protecting nature, flora and fauna, and to encourage the development of radio skills, especially in portable operations’.
The  WWFF  program  encourages  amateur  radio  operators  to  operate  portable from  designated  parks  and/or  protected  nature  areas  around  the  world,  and  in turn  generate  attention  for 
these  areas,  whilst  providing  the  amateur  radio community an interesting and rewarding activity.
1.2. Structure
1.2.1. WWFF is an international and non commercial program facilitated by the WWFF Chairman, Vice  Chairman and  the  coordinators  of  a  large  number  of  National Flora and Fauna programs (the WWFF decedent group). 
This WWFF decedent group will take decision in change of WWFF Rules
1.2.2. A  number  of  WWFF  officials (WWFF permanent team) assist  in  the  running  of  the WWFF program, taking care of important operational tasks.
1.2.2.1. Powers and duties
(a) The affairs of the WWFF program shall be managed and controlled by the WWFF permanent Team by Rules.
(b) The WWFF permanent Team has the management and control of the funds and other property of WWFF.
1.2.2.2. Appointment
(a) The WWFF permanent Team shall be comprised two elected members (two-yearly elections) and seven ex-officio members. Total 9 people!
(b) The elected members are a Chairperson and vice-Chairperson
(c)The ex-officio members shall include the WWFF Awards Manager, WWFF Directory Manager, WWFF  LogSearch Manager, WWFF Logsearch Administrator, ( Now it is Chairman!.....the WWFF Webmaster and Public Relations Manager), The WWFFagenda Manager, the WWFF Mapsmanager and the WWFFwatch author.
(e) The elected members and ex-officio members have full voting rights.
(f) Positions for elected members will be declared vacant two-yearly in January through the WWFF website.
1.2.2.3. Proceedings of the WWFF permanent team
-New ideas, proposals or disputes will be presented in written form and discussed in the WWFF permanent Team FORUM at the WWFF web which is open for anyone.
Only for urgent cases discussions will be via email to ALL members of the permanent Team
-Discussions will be kept “short term”. Chairperson starts up an eventually Doodle vote after a
discussion to make a definite decision. The end result of the vote is the final decision to be made.
 Every WWFF permanent Team member has one vote. For OK need all 9 and more than 51% votes.
1.2.3 At least one time per year the WWFF permanent team will present his activity to WWFF decident group.
This WWFF decedent group can approve or reject any of WWFF permanent group decision and decide how it will managed in next time.
Decision is take with vote of all Countries Coordinators. It will be accepted if 51% of Countries
Coordinators take part to vote. Decision is take by 2/3 from all voters.
